At the House of Skrobeck, we bring over 15 years of expertise in luxury design and vacation property preparation, with roots in Texas, Florida and Northern Michigan (Torch Lake area). Now nestled in the heart of Northern Michigan, we’ve had the privilege of partnering with Van Treese Management and working directly for VTM since 2020, where my brother leads the company as the Broker with a dedication to excellence. Together, we help homeowners like you transform properties into extraordinary guest experiences- Van Treese Mgt take care of the STR and The House of Skrobeck takes care of the design of the home. Van Treese Mgt is a license Real Estate Brokerage in Michigan and The House of Skrobeck Design company works along side each other partners to support homeowners design a space that works for them while VTM operates the STR. While THOS does not advertise STR, Van Treese Mgt is the full operator of the STR. We're a family company and brothers too!
