Customized plans for detailed plans for how the property will be run and which times for the property to be rentable. Hosting: Share out your space with us and let us help! We can provide a customized plan for your space. 1. Property Assessment & Evaluation Proposed prices, schedule & assessment. Recommendations to prepare property for photos, site listings. Minimum 1 year exclusive listing agreement. One time $625 per property (Nonrefundable - paid to commencement of sign agreement per listing). Monthly Admin fee $250 per the months allocated to rent and % of gross income for the property. 2. Agreement Both Parties have agreed to contract and client agrees to terms & conditions. Listing Agreement is paid by both parties. Scheduled and Dates of plan of action have been agreed and sign off. All services have been chosen and agreed too including optional. 3. Property Coordination Dates THOS will start the marketing process of online presence to publish within 1 week window of sign agreement and after Photos are taken.Coordinating dates to be on property for: Photography & Virtual tours Photos/Videos etc. Collect any and all documents relating to the property such as blueprints, maintenance needs and contacts for Guest welcome Binders 4. Collect & Pay Guests will pay THOS for admin/startup cost. All income is collected outside the company through 3rd party like Airbnb. 5. Monthly Progress Report THOS will provide owners a monthly progress report “MOR” to owners within the first 5 day of each new month. Invoices and monthly checks will be sent out within this window to owner and THOS & VTM.
